A Chinese diplomat has pointed out that a dress worn by White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt had lace made in China.
“Accusing China is business. Buying China is life. The beautiful lace on the dress was recognized by an employee of a Chinese company as its product,” Zhang Zhisheng, consul general of China in Denpasar, Indonesia, wrote on social media platform.

He attached a picture of the dress, and screenshots from netizens on the social media platform, including the person who identified the lace on Leavitt's red outfit as being sourced from a factory in China.
此前，不少网友贴图表示，卡罗琳·莱维特所穿的某英国品牌服装，在相关商品详情页可以明显看到"Made in China"字样。
