针对三河市“广告牌匾禁用红蓝黑底色”等问题，廊坊市联合调查组经初步核查，媒体反映的主要问题基本属实。目前已对三河市委主要负责人免职处理，并责成三河市委、市政府深刻反思，汲取教训，全面整改。
Officials in Sanhe city, Langfang, North China's Hebei province have been held accountable over the controversial color restrictions on shop signboards, according to an announcement by authorities on Tuesday.
The announcement was made by a joint investigation team of Langfang, whose preliminary findings have confirmed earlier media reports that local authorities had improperly enforced signboard color restrictions, banning red, blue, and black color backgrounds.
下一步，将根据调查结果，对相关责任人依规依纪依法追责问责。同时健全长效机制，对侵害群众利益、破坏营商环境的行为“零容忍”，坚决维护经营主体和人民群众合法权益。
The principal official of Sanhe has been removed from duty. Local authorities have been ordered to conduct thorough rectification and learn from this incident.
The Langfang joint investigation team emphasized commitment to questioning and blaming all individuals responsible for the event in accordance with regulations and laws.
Meanwhile, measures will be implemented to establish long-term mechanisms maintaining "zero tolerance" for practices harming public interests or disrupting business environments to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of business entities and the public, the announcement said.

红色让人烦躁，蓝色俗
近日，有网友称河北省三河市多家商铺更换招牌颜色，红色蓝色等底色被“禁用”，一张招牌变为绿色的蜜雪冰城照片广泛传播并引发热议。
An earlier report revealing the widespread restrictions across multiple local commercial streets in Sanhe caught people's attention.
Merchants described that they received urban management notices requiring signboard modifications.
Some of those signboards were removed by related departments' personnel, while some were changed or repainted voluntarily by the shop owners.
4月14日，有商户向大风新闻提供了一段2024年10月底，据称是三河市市场监管局负责人刘某的男子在某市场，关于“广告牌改底色”的现场谈话视频。谈话中男子表示：“按书记的要求，西边打造的是学院风、国际化。”
“不允许有红色底色的牌匾，红色代表火，比较火热，人到里面比较亢奋。”该男子说，“你把广告牌弄红了，大伙进里面就有一种烦躁的感觉……所以去红去蓝，蓝色太俗，所以你要暗色调。咱们在今后设置牌匾时，一定要改正。”男子强调道。
据大风新闻记者查询《三河市城市规划建设管理导则》，三河市的西市区规划要求确与视频中男子的说法一致。三河市市场监管局负责人刘某的照片，也与视频中男子高度相似。
据央视网4月14日报道，对于此前的招牌颜色的“整改”要求，多名商户都向记者提及一份《广告牌匾设计引导》，而其内容也出自《三河市城市规划建设管理导则》（以下简称《导则》）。《导则》中表示：除国际国内连锁品牌，不允许用红蓝底色或字样。其附加说明显示：除明确禁止内容外，均为指导性意见。
