A simple yet ingenious invention from Yiwu, Zhejiang province has taken international social media by storm. The "solar-powered fan hat" has emerged as a sought-after "cooling gadget" for outdoor enthusiasts.

其爆火源于美国一名TikTok博主的父亲节礼物视频。视频里,博主给正在户外烧烤的父亲送上了父亲节礼物——“一顶太阳能风扇帽”。
“这顶帽子是在TikTok上买的,只要不到40美元,还是太阳能供电,这样你就戴着它户外烧烤或者打理院子了。”博主举着帽子向爸爸安利。
The hat's popularity can be traced back to a heartwarming Father's Day video posted by a TikTok creator. The video featured the creator surprising his father, who was barbecuing outdoors, with the unique hat. "Got this on TikTok for under $40! It's solar-powered, so you can wear it while grilling or working in the yard," the creator enthusiastically explained while presenting the gift.

这条视频一经发布便迅速走红。截至目前,该视频的播放量已达数百万次,点赞数超过56万,评论区更是变成大型“种草”现场。

据潮新闻,该风扇帽生产厂家的厂长江泳滔介绍:“帽檐内侧的这两个小风扇是核心专利。”
此外,风扇的顶部装有太阳能板,可以在阳光下自动供电,阴天也能用USB充电,还有档位可以调节。
Jiang Yongtao, the factory director behind the hat's production, has highlighted its key features. "The core patented technology lies in these two small fans integrated inside the brim," Jiang explained. The fans are powered by solar panels mounted on top of the hat, providing continuous operation in sunlight. For cloudy days or indoor use, the hat also supports USB charging and offers adjustable fan speeds.
江泳滔表示,该款风扇帽当前在海外售价约40美元,上线28天就卖出1.11万顶,销售额突破320万元人民币。
据凤凰网财经报道,江泳滔表示,如今工厂完全被订单“追着跑”。
目前,工厂已经出货十几万顶风扇帽,还有单子源源不断涌进来。工厂的生产线直接从2条扩充到了6条,排单也已经塞到8月。车间里机器和工人都要“干冒烟了”。
谈到为什么会设计这样一款产品时,江泳滔表示:“简单说,消费者想要什么样的东西,我们就去造,就去迭代更新,才能在千变万化的市场当中生存立足。”
在他看来,虽说只是一顶帽子,但只要设计巧妙、花心思去做,给予消费者更好的使用体验和情绪价值,一定可以“闯”出一番成绩。
When asked about the inspiration behind the design, Jiang emphasized a customer-centric approach: "Simply put, we create and continuously iterate based on what consumers want. This is how we survive and establish ourselves in an ever-changing market."
He believes that even a seemingly simple product like a hat can achieve significant success through clever design, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on enhancing user experience and emotional resonance.
