近日,麻六记酸辣粉被曝发霉,遭会员制超市开市客Costco)所有门店下架,相关话题持续引发关注。


A recent food safety incident involving the Maluji brand's instant sour and spicy noodles has sparked widespread concern among Chinese consumers. The product has been removed from all Costco stores in China following reports of moldy and discolored noodle cakes.



代工企业向消费者及品牌方道歉


据最新消息,7月27日,四川白家阿宽食品产业股份有限公司发布声明,称其代工的麻六记270g规格酸辣粉部分批次出现质量问题,涉及2025年6月16日、6月18日两个批次,因生产过程消杀环节不足,导致产品可能受细菌污染,出现粉饼发白、发霉现象。


目前,存在质量风险的该规格产品已全部下架,公司正对问题批次全面召回,针对购买问题产品的消费者,可联系原商家退货退款,或通过白家阿宽官方客服登记处理,公司承担退货费用并按规定补偿。


A Kuan Food, the contract manufacturer for Maluji, confirmed on Sunday that certain 270g noodle batches dated June 16 and 18, 2025, had quality issues due to insufficient sterilization, leading to possible bacterial contamination and visible mold on the noodle cakes.


The company has recalled all affected products and urged consumers to request refunds via the original seller or its official customer service. A Kuan Food will cover return costs and provide compensation.



在该声明中,厂家还表示:


本次酸辣粉个别批次出现的质量问题,给广大消费者及麻六记品牌带来的影响,我们深感内疚,特此向所有消费者及麻六记企业致以最真诚的歉意!


有媒体指出,该厂家2022年曾因“所售部分方便食品存在黑点黑斑、异物等”被成都市场监督管理局约谈。


Media outlets have noted that A Kuan Food was summoned by the Administration for Market Regulation of Chengdu for a talk in 2022, after some of its instant food products were found to contain black spots and foreign matter.



律师提醒:品牌方也需担责


据界面新闻7月25日报道,针对开市客下架产品一事,麻六记官方旗舰店客服回应称,麻六记涉及平台较多,都是独立运营的,商超合作情况暂不清楚。

7月26日,红星新闻就相关问题致电麻六记公开电话,截至发稿,暂时无人接听。

Maluji has not responded publicly to the incident. Earlier, a customer service representative for Maluji's flagship store on an e-commerce platform vaguely commented that they were unaware of the Costco issue due to "separate operations across platforms".


北京德翔律师事务所主任安翔表示,尽管代工方向消费者致歉并提出赔偿,但并不意味着品牌方“无责”。

“代工方需要对品牌方负责,品牌方也需要对消费者负责。也就是说,如果产品出现问题,品牌方需要对消费者负直接责任;如果产品的质量问题是由代工方的某些操作导致,品牌方和代工方之间则按照民事合同来处理法律纠纷。”


While the manufacturer has taken responsibility, legal experts say the brand is still accountable.


An Xiang, director of Beijing Dexiang Law Firm, explained that brands remain legally liable to consumers even if a third-party factory made the product. Any internal disputes with the manufacturer are handled separately through civil contracts.
