近日，知名网红卫生巾品牌“棉密码”旗下产品被曝光检测出含有有毒有害物质硫脲。
根据消费者集体送检的检测报告来看，从2019年9月到2025年1月，多个批次的“棉密码茶氧夜用卫生巾”、“茶氧日用卫生巾”等品类均检出超高含量硫脲，其中一款“棉密码樱花·舒缓型卫生巾”的硫脲含量甚至高达16653.4679μg/g。
A consumer-led inspection revealed dangerously high levels of thiourea in several batches of Mpassword sanitary pads produced between September 2019 and January 2025, including one product with concentrations exceeding 16,653.4679 μg/g.
硫脲，是一种在工业、农业、医药领域广泛应用的含硫有机化合物，被列入《危险化学品名录（2015）版》中，因其长期暴露可能导致较高的生物健康风险，被国际癌症研究联盟列为3类致癌物。
Thiourea is a sulfur-containing compound used across various industrial sectors and is classified as a Group 3 carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
专家介绍说，硫脲是一种中、低毒的化学品，急性毒性不高，但长期暴露可能导致较高的生物健康风险。在细胞和动物实验上发现，硫脲可诱导甲状腺功能障碍、肝毒性、生殖毒性以及免疫毒性。目前还没有硫脲针对人体的系统化毒理影响评价研究，但考虑到硫脲暴露导致的对其他哺乳动物的复杂毒性，其作用于人体时推测可能也会发挥类似毒性效应，但尚需人群研究验证。
Experts warn that although its acute toxicity is low, long-term exposure may trigger significant biological risks including thyroid dysfunction and reproductive toxicity, based on evidence from cellular and animal studies. While no comprehensive toxicological studies exist on thiourea's impact on humans, scientists caution that its documented harm to other mammals may suggest comparable risks to people.
一份统计表显示，有数百名“棉密码”消费者曾提供产品使用后的反馈信息。有30余人自诉患有甲状腺癌，同时反馈其他接触硫脲的关联病症，均称长期使用“棉密码”卫生巾，并出示有多年购买“棉密码”的订单截图。
A consumer database indicates that over 30 individuals reported developing thyroid cancer after prolonged use of Mpassword pads. Many shared screenshots of years-long purchase orders, citing additional thiourea-related symptoms such as hormonal imbalances and skin reactions.
统计表中，约35%的家庭中未成年女儿与母亲长期共同使用“棉密码”卫生巾；数百例消费者反馈红肿瘙痒闷痘炎症、妇科炎症、皮疹荨麻疹、甲状腺功能异常、甲状腺病变等硫脲关联病症；还有10例左右消费者自诉怀孕前使用“棉密码”卫生巾，怀孕后出现了胎停、葡萄胎、新生儿甲亢等情况。
The data also revealed that in approximately 35 percent of families, both mothers and underage daughters regularly used Mpassword pads. Hundreds reported issues such as genital irritation, thyroid dysfunction, and autoimmune skin conditions. Around ten women claimed complications during pregnancy, including miscarriage, molar pregnancy, and neonatal hyperthyroidism.
“棉密码”是顶流主播辛巴（辛有志）在2017年自创的品牌，号称“辛巴亲自参与研发的第一款产品”，也是辛选集团旗下自营品牌，辛巴曾在直播中自称有1000万用户。
Launched in 2017 by livestreaming celebrity Xin Youzhi (known as Xinba), Mpassword was promoted as his first hands-on product and quickly rose to prominence as a flagship brand with a claimed user base of 10 million. Xinba frequently boasted in his broadcasts about the high demand and long shipping queues.
据信息时报，有业内人士称，“棉密码”8年时间累计销售额高达33.3亿元。2023年时，该品牌曾入驻超600家线下门店，覆盖石家庄、中山等一二线城市，逐步推进全渠道布局。“棉密码”多个产品系列号称采用茶多酚卫生巾芯片，主打抗氧化的效果。然而，新京报记者调查发现，“棉密码”卫生巾芯片正是检出硫脲的重灾区。
According to the Information Times, industry insiders revealed that Mpassword has achieved cumulative sales of 3.33 billion yuan over an eight-year period. The brand expanded into more than 600 physical stores across major cities like Shijiazhuang and Zhongshan, marketing its products as antioxidant pads featuring tea polyphenol "chip" inserts. However, investigations by The Beijing News have identified these very chip components as hot spots for thiourea contamination.
卫生巾芯片为何会检出硫脲？专家分析称，硫脲有抗氧化剂的典型特征，且其价格低廉，不排除可能人为添加硫脲以替代成本更高的抗氧化剂茶多酚。有业内人士透露，这在行业内已不是秘密。
Experts speculate that thiourea may have been deliberately added as a cheap substitute for tea polyphenols due to its antioxidant properties. Industry insiders suggest that such practices are well-known within the sector.
据界面新闻，针对上述问题，辛选方面24日回应称，“棉密码”品牌第一时间请求汕头市监部门对产品进行了抽检，结果是合法合规合格的，并不存在“致癌”的问题。
辛选还向界面新闻提供了一份广东省汕头市质量计量监督检测所出具的检测检验报告。该报告的其中一个样品名称为“棉密码茶氧日用卫生巾”，委托检测日期为2025年5月13日。检测结果显示，所检测的5个项目符合GB/T8939-2018《卫生巾（护垫）》和GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》的要求。报告中未检出含有硫脲成分。
On Thursday, Xinxuan Group responded by stating that it had requested official testing from local regulators in Shantou, Guangdong province, which confirmed that its products met national standards and did not pose a carcinogenic risk.
而在其他送检样品中，包括棉密码茶氧量大日用卫生巾、棉密码茶氧夜用卫生巾、棉密码茶氧迷你卫生巾等多个型号产品中，报告显示的检测结果均为符合前述相关标准，且无硫脲成分。7月24日，针对“辛巴自创品牌‘棉密码’卫生巾检出超高含量致癌物”的消息，“棉密码”发表声明称“产品不存在致癌问题”。
Further testing of other Mpassword pads—including day-use, night-use, and mini pads—likewise reported no thiourea content. In an official statement on Thursday, the company reiterated that all products were compliant and underwent thorough third-party evaluations.
The statement emphasized that all products comply with national safety standards. It acknowledged public concern and noted that toxicological assessments showed no significant health risk under normal use. The company also initiated its own inspection through the local Shantou regulator, which confirmed the products as safe and compliant.
记者注意到，“棉密码”卫生巾的生产方主要为广东伊美洁生物科技有限公司。天眼查App显示，该公司成立于2015年，位于广东省汕头市，是一家以从事化学原料和化学制品制造业为主的企业，注册资本为1000万人民币。
7月24日，汕头市澄海区市场监管局工作人员回应南都湾财社记者称，相关部门正在调查此事，有后续结果会官方公布。南都湾财社记者致电涉事品牌生产商广东伊美洁生物科技有限公司，但被对方以“现在正忙”为由挂断电话，此后电话未能接通。
