On Tuesday, the 50-year-old performer from rural Linyi, Shandong province, tearfully appealed to fans in a viral video: "Even the regular ticket prices feel astronomical to me. Please don't waste your money. If you couldn't get tickets, I'll add more shows — as many as I possibly can. Just don't buy from scalpers."
据“兰山文旅”介绍，房主任本名樊春丽，在此前播出的一档脱口秀节目中，这位来自山东临沂农村的50岁脱口秀新人“引爆”全场。多个“房主任”相关话题登上微博热搜，她的表演内容更是引发全网热议。
樊春丽走上脱口秀的舞台也很偶然，她去观看脱口秀表演时被女演员递上话筒互动，其幽默的回答让不少观众觉得“她比演员好笑”。也是在这次互动中，她介绍了自己是村里的“信息中心主任”——传播村中八卦的带头人，而这也是其艺名的由来。
“房主任”的演出内容也被网友称为脱口秀版“出走的决心”。这位来自农村、经历过家暴并最终选择离婚的女性，在演出中以自己独特的方式分享了她的故事和感悟。

Her unexpected rise began when she attended a comedy show and was handed a microphone during an audience interaction segment. Her spontaneous humor drew louder laughs than the performers, leading to her discovery. She introduced herself as her village's information center director — a self-deprecating reference to spreading local gossip, which inspired her stage name.
After appearing on a comedy program, clips of Fan's sets went viral with multiple Director Fang topics trending on Weibo.
“房主任”的脱口秀在网络走红后，其大女儿在社交平台发文，表示：“她的才华也不需要通过学历证明，我敢保证几乎跟她交流过后的人，都不会再说出她就是一个没有见识的妇女。”
Her eldest daughter publicly defended her on social media: "Her talent needs no academic validation. Anyone who speaks with her would never dismiss her as an 'uneducated woman'." Fan responded emotionally to her daughter's support online.
