8月15日，记者从面馆老板霍先生处了解到，双方已经达成和解，顾客已将平台上的差评删除。“我发布的视频给孩子造成了影响，我表示抱歉。”霍先生表示，“以后如果是一人点一碗面，照样还是无限续面，管饱。花多少钱跟点几碗面是两码事儿。”
A noodle shop dispute in Zhengzhou, Henan province on Thursday sparked online discussion when a group of three women and four children shared one bowl of noodles and requested multiple free refills. The owner, surnamed Huo, declined a third refill, leading to a confrontation.
The parties settled the dispute on Friday, with the customers removing previously posted negative reviews and Huo publicly apologizing for posting undisguised security footage that affected the four children involved.
据此前报道，事发当晚，三名成年女子带着四名儿童在店里，点了一碗13元的饸饹面，以及涮毛肚、羊肉串等食物，总计消费70多元。七人免费续面了两次之后，老板霍先生不再同意续面，引发了争执。顾客随后在平台上给出了两个差评，之后霍先生选择公开店内监控视频。此后，顾客以“侵犯肖像权”为由要求下架视频并报警。
霍先生表示，其餐馆开业三年来始终执行“一人一碗面，免费续面管饱”的规则——顾客购买一碗面后可免费添加面条至吃饱，但该规则仅适用于“一人一碗”的个体消费场景，因此无法接受“一碗面供全家用”的情况。
Huo said that his restaurant has enforced a "one bowl, unlimited refills" policy for three years, allowing free noodle refills until satisfied for individual customers purchasing a full-priced bowl. The rule expressly excludes situation where a single bowl is shared among multiple patrons.
老板称和顾客协商删除差评遭拒，顾客报警后当地派出所也出警到现场调解。
据潮新闻报道，目前，警方已介入处理此纠纷。郑州市中原区市场监督管理局工作人员表示已关注到相关报道，将安排辖区市场监管所工作人员前往门店核实具体情况。
