随着胖东来招聘的热度提升,网络上出现了围绕其面试的辅导服务。
据大河报报道,在社交平台,以“胖东来面试题”为关键词进行搜索,可以找到售卖相关资料的商家。这些商品多以“高频真题”“员工回忆版”为卖点,标价从几元到十几元不等。
Amid the growing popularity of the widely known retail chain Pangdonglai's recruitment drive, social media platforms have seen sellers offering "Pangdonglai interview materials".
记者以求职者身份咨询时,一位商家表示,其资料来自已入职员工的回忆和对员工手册的预测,并称“有蛮多学员都在胖东来就职”。
When contacted by a reporter posing as a job seeker, one seller said that their materials were based on recollections from already-employed staff and predictions from the employee handbook, adding that "many trainees have been hired by Pangdonglai".
随后,该商家将沟通由社交平台引入微信。在微信上,一位自称“刘老师”的培训人员提供了一组数据:上一批26名学员中,有17名成功入职,通过率在65%左右。
他同时强调,参加培训有门槛,求职者必须已通过简历初筛并进入面试环节才有资格。该“老师”称,经过他的辅导,入职概率能达到80%。
The seller then moved the conversation from social media to WeChat. There, a self-proclaimed "Teacher Liu" presented statistics: Seventeen out of 26 trainees from the previous batch had successfully been hired, representing a 65 percent success rate. He emphasized that training was only available to those who had passed the initial resume screening and reached the interview stage, claiming that his coaching could increase the chances of being hired to 80 percent.
其培训内容据称包括“哪些地方要重点回答,避坑点是什么,考官喜欢哪些话术等等”。
The training reportedly covered "key points to address in responses, common pitfalls, and phrasing favored by interviewers".

根据其定价,线下面授课程为每1.5小时260元,线上课程160元,培训周期为1至2周,并承诺“未通过面试仅收取25%费用”。
The pricing offered was 260 yuan for a 1.5-hour offline session and 160 yuan for online training, with a cycle of one to two weeks. A partial refund of 75 percent was promised if the candidate failed the interview.

这位“刘老师”还建议,求职者可先阅读《走在信仰的路上》《美好之路》等书籍,并表示可在招聘公告发布后提供简历修改和面试辅导服务。
而“刘老师”提到的参考书籍,实际上在招聘公告中就已明确指出。
针对网络上的信息,记者以求职者身份,分别致电胖东来新乡大胖店、天使城、新乡生活广场店以及官方客服。
“招聘面试全程公平公正”,新乡大胖店客服人员称。对于网上流传的“员工回忆真题”,新乡生活广场店的值班人员表示“不可信”,内部没有所谓的“固定题库”。
天使城服务台人员补充,包括员工手册在内的内部资料均未对外公开,因此“不建议购买(面试题)”“新员工入职后都会有专门的培训”。
When asked about these practices, customer service representatives from multiple Pangdonglai stores, contacted by the reporter under the guise of a job seeker, stated that the so-called "real interview questions from employees" circulating online were unreliable. They clarified that internal materials, including the employee handbook, had not been made public and advised against purchasing such materials.
当被问及面试准备建议时,多名工作人员表示,面试难度并不大,主要看求职者岗位工作经历,以及对胖东来企业理念、服务宗旨是否有基本的了解。
记者注意到,本轮招聘,胖东来公开的面试题,只有胖东来董事长于东来8月14日在社交平台上发布的对刑释人员的面试题。试题有三项,分别是对违反法律的反思总结;正确的认识和评价自己的价值;以及对未来的规划。
胖东来官方提醒求职者,所有招聘信息应以官方小程序或招聘公告中公布的联系电话为准,切勿轻信非官方渠道发布的所谓“真题”或付费培训服务,以免造成经济损失。
