近日,我局接群众举报称:“有人穿警服直播带货,请警方调查处理”。接报后,公安机关迅速开展调查工作。
经查,谢某某(男,36岁,河北雄县人)在拍摄电影休息期间,身着带有明显警用标志的服装直播带货,造成不良社会影响。根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》第三十六条规定,我局依法对谢某某处以行政拘留7日。
On the evening of Wednesday, the Public Security Bureau of Gengma Dai and Wa autonomous county in Yunnan province issued a notice regarding a case of illegal use of police insignia.
The bureau received a public report stating that "an individual was live-streaming commerce while wearing a police uniform, requesting police investigation." Upon receiving the report, police authorities promptly launched an investigation.
The investigation found that a male surnamed Xie (36, a native of Xiongxian county, Hebei province), during a break from filming, wore clothing with distinctive police insignia while conducting live-stream commerce, resulting in negative social impact. In accordance with Article 36 of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the bureau has lawfully imposed a seven-day administrative detention on Xie.

Police remind the public: The insignia, uniforms, equipment, and credentials of the people's police are for official use only. Earlier, a male surnamed Li from Liaoning province reported to media that on the morning of Sept 10, "Gazi Xie Mengwei" was live-streaming on an online platform while wearing a people's police uniform. Although the uniform lacked a police number and chest badge, it featured police shoulder and arm patches.
It was noted by reporters that in the video, Xie mentioned he was on a film set in Yunnan at the time. Li believed this action violated relevant regulations and subsequently reported the incident to Yunnan police on Sept 10.
9月13日下午,“嘎子谢孟伟”通过社交账号,发布道歉声明称,其在社交平台发布的视频,有身着警服的画面,这些服装都是剧组拍摄专用戏服。他说:“(我)不应该穿着此类服装分享相关视频和直播,对此,我向人民警察报以真诚的道歉。”
On the afternoon of Saturday, Xie issued an apology via his social media account, stating that the police uniform seen in his videos was a costume specifically provided for film shooting. He said, "I should not have worn such clothing while sharing videos or conducting live streams. I offer my sincere apologies to the people's police."
