Version 3.0 of the Methyl Bromide FumigationMethodology came into force on 1 May 2025.
甲基溴熏蒸法版本3.0于2025年5月1日生效, 符合当前进口条件和最低文件及进口报关要求政策版本4.1要求的证书，将继续被接受，用于2025年7月1日00:00（当地时间午夜）之前开始的处理。

下面是主要要点的摘要:
1.熏蒸证书需要由注册的处理提供者签发（目前有17家，名单如下）。由CIQ（中国检验检疫，官方政府机构，并加盖GACC标志）签发的证书可能仍然会被接受，但CIQ可能会停止签发证书
2.熏蒸证书需要熏蒸开始的日期和时间
3.熏蒸证书需要熏蒸完成的日期和时间
4. 熏蒸证书需要熏蒸地点（如果适用，提供现场注册号码）
5.熏蒸证书需要最终TLV读数（ppm）
6.熏蒸证书需要熏蒸负责人签名及签署日期
7.熏蒸证书需要声明货物符合处理计划、进口条件以及甲基溴熏蒸法的所有要求
