As China strengthens its intellectual property (IP) protections and promotes innovation-driven growth, it is essential to understand the legal framework, negotiation strategies and enforcement of technology transfer agreements. Whether you are licensing patents, sharing know-how or forming joint ventures, careful planning is required to navigate China’s regulatory landscape and safeguard your IP while maximising commercial opportunities.

During this training seminar the China IP SME Helpdesk IP Business Advisor will provide an overview of the newest technology transfer conditions as well as discuss the role of various contracts in protecting IP. In addition, different case studies of European SMEs will be presented. The training will include a quiz before and after the training.
