The Benelux Chamber is pleased to invite its members to attend the upcoming European Chamber’s Position Paper Discussion, taking place on December 2nd, 2025, at the CCIC Office in Beijing.
The European Business in China Position Paper (Position Paper) is the European Chamber's most significant annual publication and serves as the cornerstone of its advocacy efforts.
The 2025/2026 edition calls on Chinese policymakers to seize the opportunity of the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030) to accelerate the transition towards a more productive and sustainable development model.
The Executive Position Paper outlines five overarching Key Recommendations for policymakers, emphasizing priority areas and how focused actions can help China achieve its development ambitions while maintaining deep integration in the global economic system.
Complementing this, the industry and horizontal papers provide detailed, sector-specific insights and propose more than 1,100 constructive recommendations aimed at further optimizing China’s business environment.
We look forward to welcoming our members for this important discussion on Europe–China business relations and policy priorities for the years ahead.
