SPG recently witnessed achievements in the green energy sector, with its subsidiary Beijing Lugang Holdings Development Group successfully obtaining 24,954 renewable energy green electricity certificates issued by the National Energy Administration. This not only represents a milestone of SPG in the field of new energy, but also marks the first "green certificate" honor won by SPG, which will contribute to SPG's efforts to promote green port development and implement the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy.

During the just concluded National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, port areas across SPG posted outstanding achievements, with cargo volume and container throughput increasing four percent and seven percent year-on-year respectively. In addition, 17 production records were created during the period.

The vessel "Luqing 001" carrying empty containers sent from the "Qilu" China-Europe Railway Express recently berthed at Berth No. 20 of Weifang Port via the Xiaoqing River. The empty containers were successfully unloaded at the port, from where the containers will be sent onward to Qingdao via the "Weifang-Qingdao" feeder service and delivered to overseas countries after being loaded with goods. The river-sea intermodal transport corridor developed by Bohaiwan Port is beneficial for the development of Shandong's multimodal transportation system.
