有了话术,还需要注意发送的细节,才能发挥最大效果:
1. 拒绝群发单显(Undisclosed Recipients)
哪怕你用Mailchimp,也不要让客户觉得你是群发的。一定要在邮件正文中提到客户的名字(Hi Mike,而不是Hi Sir/Madam)。在这个AI时代,手动敲下的名字最珍贵。
2. 标题要“软”,不要“硬”
不要在祝福邮件的标题里加“Sales”、“Promotion”、“Discount”。
好的标题是:
