Dongyingnews App News: On November 24th, the Theoretical Study Center Group of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee held a collective study meeting. The session focused on thoroughly studying and implementing the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Discussions were also held in the context of Dongying’s specific conditions to facilitate the full implementation of the guiding principles in Dongying.

Man Shengang, Secretary of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee, presided over and addressed the session. Attendees included Chen Bichang, Sun Zaojun, Tian Heyou, and other members of the center group.

The collective study session combined “field immersion” with group study and discussions. With great reverence, the participants visited the former site of the CPC Liuji Party Branch and the Communist Manifesto Exhibition Hall. The experience served as a profound session of Party spirit education and a spiritual baptism. They unanimously expressed their resolve to persistently draw spiritual strength from the Party’s history of struggle, pledging to stay true to its founding mission, to demonstrate dedication and pursue excellence, and to vigorously break new ground in building a high-level modernized city.

The session emphasized that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has established the top-level design and strategic plan for the economic and social development during the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan period, serving as another comprehensive mobilization and deployment to build on the momentum and continuously advance the Chinese modernization. As noted at the session, we shall thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Plenary Session, fully carry out the guiding principles of the important speeches and instructions put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspections of Shandong and Dongying, consciously align our actions with these guidelines, and scientifically plan Dongying’s development during the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan period. Together, we shall propel the cause of Dongying forward with unity of purpose. We shall leverage Dongying’s strengths, maintain persistent efforts, enhance initiative, take proactive measures, and secure the initiative to make greater contributions to Shandong Province’s role of “striding ahead and shouldering major responsibilities”. We shall emphasize targeted measures to steadily anchor the economy, ensuring the successful conclusion of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and a “strong start” in the first quarter of the upcoming year. We shall focus on developing new quality productive forces tailored to local conditions, meticulously plan and reserve projects, strengthen collaborative innovation among enterprises, and deepen the digital and intelligent transformation to bolster new drivers for high-quality development. We shall highlight the implementation of the major national strategy for the Yellow River and rigorously advance key tasks such as the ecological conservation and management of the Yellow River Estuary, the comprehensive utilization of saline-alkali land, and the safeguarding of energy security, thereby consistently demonstrating our “solid commitment” to serving the nation's overarching priorities.
