5月28日，俄罗斯国际区域经济合作理事会（ICECOR）（国际贸易批发交易平台B2B-Fair.online的开发者），出席了泰达一站式出海服务中心主办的“协同赋能 链动全球”京津冀企业“出海”与国际化营商环境创新论坛，并参加了集中签约仪式。理事会代表在上合重点成员国推介交流会上，就理事会（ICECOR）服务内容等进行了专题分享。

本次活动汇聚京津冀三地政府、国际机构、行业协会及企业代表近200人，聚焦京津冀协同创新与全球化产业链布局。本次论坛上，中国北方（泰达）一站式出海服务基地通过五款特色出海服务产品发布、“一联盟三基地”成立、嘉宾专题分享及四批次合作签约等内容，为京津冀企业“高质量走出去”注入了强劲动能。
ICECOR中国办事处负责人在交流会中介绍了俄罗斯地区对中国企业提供的贸易与经济机遇。她重点提及了能源、农业、信息技术及加工业等关键产业，并强调了通过特殊经济区和工业园区开展业务的优势，例如乌法农业物流园区“TALP”，该园区为中国企业提供了物流枢纽、税收优惠及基础设施等便利条件。此外她还强调了俄罗斯经济潜力与文化及自然遗产的独特结合。并介绍了俄罗斯投资环境评级指数领先地区的市场机遇以及发展前景。
在跨境贸易数字化议题中，ICECOR中国区负责人介绍了俄罗斯与中国工业园区互动的专用电子平台，如ROSDIP。“数字工具能降低交易障碍并加速交易达成，这在全球挑战背景下尤为重要"Hannah Song表示。
此次活动汇聚了众多的商协会代表、以及各个工业园区的管理层、国际商协会及中国企业界的领军者。交流会上关于合作机会的热烈讨论充分印证了中国企业对俄罗斯市场日益增长的关注度。

The International Council presented Russia's opportunities for Chinese business at the Forum in Tianjin
The International Council of the Economic Cooperation of the Regions (ICECOR), the developer of the wholesale trading platform B2B-Fair.online, spoke at the Forum "Globalization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Enterprises: "Synergy and Empowerment. Uniting the World." The event, dedicated to innovations in the international business environment, and brought together nearly 200 representatives from the governments of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, international organisations, industry associations, and enterprises, focusing on coordinated innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the globalisation of industrial chains. Through the launch of five distinctive overseas service products, the establishment of ‘one alliance and three bases,’ specialised presentations by guests, and four rounds of cooperation agreements, the event provided strong momentum for enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to ‘go global’ in a high-quality manner.
The Head of the ICECOR office in China spoke about the trade and economic opportunities of Russian regions for Chinese enterprises in her speech. Key industries were highlighted, including energy, agriculture, IT and the processing industry, as well as the advantages of working through special economic zones and industrial parks, such as the Ufa Agro-Logistics Park "TALP", which provides Chinese companies with access to logistics hubs, tax incentives and infrastructure. The presentation also highlighted the unique combination of Russia's economic potential with its cultural and natural heritage. Forum participants learned about the tourism opportunities of Russian regions and the prospects for developing cultural exchange, which helps strengthen trust between business partners.
As part of the topic of digitalization of cross-border trade, the Head of the ICECOR office spoke about specialized electronic platforms, such as ROSDIP, for interaction between industrial parks of Russia and China. "Digital tools minimize barriers and speed up the conclusion of transactions, which is especially important in the context of global challenges," said Hannah Song.
The event brought together representatives of the largest Chinese business associations, the management of specialized industrial parks of the China, international chambers of commerce and leaders of the Chinese corporate sector. An active discussion of cooperation opportunities confirmed the growing interest of Chinese businesses in the Russian market.
