Position: Business Analyst
Require skills and experience:
BSc or MSc degree in businessadministration, information systems, or business related field
Knowledge of project management,e-commerce and mobile business;
Good understanding of softwaredevelopment life cycle and information technology;
Experiences in business documentswriting and technical writing;
Experience in marketing strategyplanning and marketing data analysis;
Able to communicate betweentechnical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT products;
A passion for technology, need tobe good team player, highly organized,and detail oriented;
Preferred skills and experience:
MBA degree is highly preferred
Hand on experience on relationaldatabase systems and reporting tools;
Experience in software developmentis a plus.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client’s business forspecific goals, and help with the technical team to find best solutions toimprove current business process using information technology;
Coordinate with project managerand technical team members to facilitatethe design and implementation ofclients’ requirements;
Gather specific requirements fromclients, customers, clients’ side salesteam, and end users, and writefunctional documentation for the requirement forspecific technical projectbuilding;
Make planning and monitor theexecution of day-to-day progress for application development;
Work on performance reporting anddata reporting with relational databaseapplications and marketing analysismethods;
Assist on marketing strategyplanning with the clients and customer;
Communication between projectstakeholders and development team, to ensure smooth delivery of informationbetween technical and non-technical teams; and ensure successful delivery ofthe final product.
