Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive
Location:
Shanghai, China
Role Summary:
The Account Executive’s role is to support the dayto day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the client and Blue Hive AP office. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.
Responsibility:
● Strengthen, expand and maintain positive relationships between Blue Hive and client
● Play a key integration role between the offices to ensure a common understanding of timelines, projects and upcoming milestones/requirements
● Maintain thorough upto date knowledge of the status of current projects
● Maintain a status report on all current and planned projects
● Maintain thorough meeting documentation reports
● Support management of assets (SEO, taxonomy and file structure)
● Manage the financial component of any project that may include interagency/inter client billing or tracking
● Maintain upto date knowledge of the client’s business
● Market communications coordination
● Market trainings coordination
Requirement:
● Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
● Strong interpersonal and team building skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Excellent project management skills
● Track record and strong ability to manage multiple assignments
● Keen interest in the communications and IT industry
● Ability to manage to deadlines, at times under pressure
● Proven ability to see projects through from start to finish
● Ability to quickly learn new programs
● Degree in Technical/Marketing or related field
● Experience in agency account management (fulltime or internship)
● Energetic, positive approach
● Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
● Organized and selfstarter
● Positive Attitude and Aptitude
