岗位职责：
The Associate Manager, Paid Acquisition is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue for the company through digital advertising channels and will be a critical part of the Paid Acquisition team’s success and growth. He or she will be analytical, very well organized, is strong at building relationships and has an inherent curiosity about how their work contributes to Moda’s business goals. This role will work closely with the team’s Digital Campaign Manager and report directly into the VP of Acquisition.
1、Create and maintain recurring reports to drive insights on media and placement performance of buys
2、Request and project manage needed assets and creative for paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, paid search, display and affiliate channels
3、 Maintain paid media calendar to organize key events and initiatives
4、 Troubleshoot and advance technical set-up of campaign, including pixel needs, product and sales feeds, to ensure accuracy of campaigns and payments
职位要求：
1、1-2 years online advertising experience; affiliate marketing and/or customer acquisition marketing preferred
2、Extremely detail oriented and very organized
3、Strong or interested in analytics and quantitative thinking
4、Loves building relationships
5、Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
