岗位职责：

1、Assist with collection and summary of launch performance information (quantitative and qualitative) from Regions to allow for global summary of launch results

2、Assist Fragrance and Cosmetic Marketing team with SKU level analysis to identify productivity improvement opportunities s and twice annual line edits

3、Gather competitive SKU count data as needed for innovation, brand strategy and periodic line reviews

4、Assists in preparation of periodic subcategory/competitive reviews to keep abreast of market trends, identify new innovation opportunities and Consumer Engagement best in class execution

5、Leverage NPD, Beaute Research and other market data panel to summarize TFB and competitive market share/rank/trend performance monthly

职位要求：

1、1-2 years experience

2、Bachelors Degree

3、Strong analytical and/or economics background

4、High analytic aptitude

5、Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of, working knowledge, and comfort with Tableau/ Quikview and other data visualization platforms a plus

6、Passion for data and statistics

7、Must be excellent time keeper with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
