岗位职责：
1、Advanced Analytics and Execution: Partners with the digital planning team to create an appropriate measurement strategy for each campaign；Creates and presents measurement strategies and analyses；Utilizes proprietary tools and third party ad serving technologies to report and analyze clients’ post analysis data
2、Client Relationships: Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations of internal clients and deliverables；Keeps up with the latest trends in media；Responsible for informing team/client of new opportunities, issues or vendor offerings
3、Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner；Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate；Respond appropriately when presented with problems and issues
职位要求：
1、Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree a plus
2、0-2 years’ experience in analytics
3、Must be able to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities and SQL skills
4、Knowledge of the media planning processes a plus
5、Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
6、Excellent presentation and report writing skills
