Plan and conduct user research including: usability studies, interviews, competitive evaluations, surveys, expert heuristic evaluations, card sorts, tree tests, task analyses, etc.
Prepare data collection materials (e.g., discussion guides), synthesize user research findings, create presentations, personas, task flows, and general documentation of research techniques and processes.
Work collaboratively with other designers to define and improve the user experience for IBM Hybrid Cloud products.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about cloud computing and cognitive.

Demonstrated success turning generative and evaluative research insights into design recommendations that align with core business goals
Experience conducting research throughout the entire product development lifecycle
Experience working with enterprise software (agile/continuous delivery desired)

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience with above skills
Completed BS degree working toward MS degree
