Use ML/AI to better understand customer behavior and identify areas that need to be focused to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. The customer behavior can be analyzed from:

Use Visualization tool to present the insights and monitor the trend
职位要求
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (Masters’ preferred)
Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Some programming experience (Python, SAS, R etc)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and verbal)
Curiosity for exploring data
