职位要求
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related technical field
Professional experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence tools
5+ years of relevant experience as a business intelligence engineer/analyst, creating reports, using metrics and data to backup business cases, planning, and decisions
5+ years of hands on experience in data extraction, transformation, and data mining
5+ years of experience in projects involving cross-functional teams
Experience with data visualization software, preferably Tableau

Facilitating statewide Medicaid Redesign initiatives in a team environment;
Gathering and analyzing various types of data;
Defining, documenting, and improving business processes;
Conducting policy and other research;
Providing project management support to colleagues and supervisors;
Preparing and presenting written/verbal status reports for clients;
Coordinating project requirements and client expectations;
Preparing, managing, and documenting daily correspondence, written, verbal and e-mail, to clients and their stakeholders;
Participating on proposal development teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts and preparing proposal submissions; and
Other responsibilities, as necessary.
