Create and prepare images, to maintain brand standards for visual presentation.
Partner with Senior designers to create, prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and manage new visual merchandising initiatives.

Ensure visually appealing and brand appropriate displays are created and updated to drive sell through and maximize the business.

Exemplify and enforce company policy and procedure.

Assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Partner with GM/ Merchandising/ Marketing Depts to identify and resolve issues in the store.

Adobe Creative Suite (focus on Photoshop/Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (focus on Excel), Basic knowledge of 3D modeling programs (i.e. Google Sketch up)

Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments

Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing software.

Writing and proofing skills are also required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames

Work on a high volume of time-sensitive agent and brand marketing collateral independently (including print, social, e-mail, etc)

Prioritize creative requests and funnel to appropriate internal/external vendors with appropriate timelines and milestones

Keep internal asset management system organized and up to date

Prepare press-ready files based on supplied specifications
