Support the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Marketing, in documenting account plans, project status and project pitch decks
Participate in brainstorm sessions, take notes and bring relevant and executable marketing plans to partner
Facilitate the development of key title recap presentations
Work with account leads to develop and maintain marketing documents by franchise and title
Create and distribute weekly competitive landscape comparing merchandising and promotions across studios. Monitor digital retailers and capture screenshots of all storefronts
Communicate key dates and ensure delivery of assets (key art, trailers, metadata, B2B marketing decks)
Develop strong relationships with finance, marketing, catalog, operations, promotions and sales partners to extend effectiveness of the Digital Customer Marketing team

Ideate partnerships & event strategies based on desired audience targeting, competitive research & learning from past collabs.
Assist in building a 360 collaboration campaign with cross functional teams including our Merchandising, Social, Digital, Product Development and Creative teams to ensure successful execution (creating copy, managing timelines, building campaign decks, etc.)
Create & maintain collaboration recaps and update marketing team weekly.
Preparing presentations for internal and/or external brand meetings and updating as needed.
Taking minutes during meeting/calls

Degree must be received within the last 12 months to qualify for internship program
