Ensure that UX design guidelines are maintained and shared with appropriate stakeholders to guide product design and development
Update and maintain a UX digital style guide and design library
Translate user research insights into design requirements and communicate these insights to UX, Product Management and Development stakeholders
Support the UX and Product Management team in the development of high fidelity mockups, icons, and other design artefacts
Support the UX and Product Management team in the development of user models, including journey maps, task analysis and workflows
Research and evaluate emerging trends in UX design and match those to MedInsight's target markets
Participate in user research by attending user interviews, taking notes, creating surveys and analyzing data collected
职位要求
Experience designing with InVision and Sketch prototyping software
Example portfolio with projects that highlight problem solving skills and final design solutions
Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Fluency in design and wireframing tools
Curious, attentive to detail, and desirous of applying training to practical, complex, and real-world issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision
Demonstrates strong interest in healthcare market
Healthcare concepts and data analytics experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
