Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Executing market research & projects
Assist Marketing Coordinator with implementing CRM strategy
Tracking UNOWorld & VIP Card membership for all retail stores and ensuring teams have their CRM tools for signup
Support with the e-blast calendar and sending e-blast requests to the Spain CRM team
Monitor activities for all charity events while organizing and keeping track of event supplies, gifting etc.
Creating one-pagers for stores before charity events detailing key happenings
Providing after event recaps for Charity Events
职位要求
Minimum 1-year intern experience in Marketing, Events or CRM
Must be innovative, organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (3 days)
Must be able to start beginning month of August or September

As Marketing Strategy Intern you will work closely with our Director of Marketing to analyze and develop our strategic marketing processes for the US market
You assist in the creation of marketing content including topic selection, quality assurance, and distribution across numerous marketing channels
In cooperation with our marketing team, you will assist in the creation of product-related marketing materials such as presentations, datasheets, white papers brochures and case studies
You conduct detailed industry-specific research and present your results to the management team
职位要求
You are pursuing a BA/BS or MS/MBA in Business, Marketing, Finance or in a related field and are available to work full time (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 3 months
You are driven, demonstrate a great academic track record and have ideally gained first working experiences in the US
You have strong analytical skills, can prioritize independently and constantly seek high impact projects
You have a proven interest in working in the start-up or digital marketing industry
You convince with your motivation, your entrepreneurial spirit, and a good team fit
You are proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
