• Work with Marketing Managers on strategy, creative, and implementation of email, onsite messaging and paid social campaigns

• Analyze data in order to understand the success of different marketing strategies on subscriber responses

• Draft and design bi-weekly real estate newsletter

• Manage and create marketing materials including print and digital media for listings, mailers, brochures, the team's website/blog, Facebook and Instagram

• Manage and track marketing expenses

• Implement social media strategy, content, and campaigns ensuring weekly and monthly goals are met

• Help manage the team's CRM to ensure all contacts are receiving direct correspondence from the appropriate team member for all major events including birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

• Plan and execute client events and gifts

• Administrative tasks

职位要求

• Strong research and writing skills

• Experience with creating original marketing and/or design media content

• Proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, Mac, and Google products

• Experience creating marketing content for multiple social media platforms

• Ability to manage administrative duties

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Team player with high level of integrity

• Must be currently located in NYC (or NYC-metro area) and familiar with the city
