Create routine reports and custom ad hoc requests to support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team.
Work with various data visualization tools to prepare reports, such as Excel, data warehouse API and Tableau.
Build robust data analytics capabilities to help define and establish key recruiting success metrics and key performance indicators.
Work closely within the TA system stack to aggregate data from multiple sources, such as the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
Identify, analyze and forecast trends on process efficiencies and make recommendations for further optimization.
Carefully review and evaluate outputs of data to identify errors, make corrections, and/or recommend possible solutions to the TA leadership team.
Partner with ATS vendor to streamline the automation of reporting dashboards.
职位要求
Current enrollment as a junior or senior in bachelor’s degree program.
Experience developing reports, spreadsheets and graphical analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot reporting, advanced formulas, macros, etc.
Experience working with Tableau and data access methods (SQL) preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Proven understanding of business-related data analysis.
