职位描述

• Maintain social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Youtube

• Assist creative team in creation of both social media and event assets

• Research and propose additional marketing tactics to deploy across social platforms

• Assist in researching and creating relevant member-related content and news to push across social and email

• Report and monitor social media campaign effectiveness & ROI

• Attend on-site events with the purpose of gathering social content for distribution

• Assist with real-time interaction during events using Instagram stories & Facebook live

• Help creative and marketing team with various clerical and organization tasks 

职位要求

• Pursuing a BA/BS in marketing, communications, digital or related studies (Must be in school, no recent graduates)

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

• Passion for photography, entrepreneurship, youth culture and media

• Relevant experience utilizing social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to grow following and engagement

• Experience with data analytics and filtering data in Google Sheets, Excel, etc

• Relevant experience running and reporting on social media campaign effectiveness and ROI

• A decent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• A self-starter that enjoys trying new things and researching best practices/new trends to grow social communities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and competitive analysis, and effectively communicate findings and provide key insights/recommendations

• Help build various needs, including: updating our WordPress site, coordinating influencers and events, creating content calendars, planning campaigns, community management, validating and adopting tech solutions, and reporting

• Degree or currently pursuing degree in a functional marketing related field

• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing practices and technology

• Excellent communicator (written & visual presentation)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others

• Great team player
