职位描述
-
Content Management: Maintain, enhance, and organize content for all communication channels. -
Updating training resources, maintaining SharePoint sites, creating webinar slides, curating newsletter content, and writing Tiffany Touch stories. -
Frontline Employee Communications: Leverage retail tool, Nudge, to communicate, collect, analyze, and respond to real-time employee feedback. -
Ad Hoc Support: Assist with departmental projects and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Global Sales Operations organization and its brand.
职位要求
-
Currently enrolled in (junior or senior level undergraduate student preferred) or a recent graduate from a college/university degree program or skill-based program. -
Pursuing a BA or MA in a communications-related area of study. -
Passionate and curious about solving business challenges and generating insights. -
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines are required. -
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional team setting and be a self-starter. -
Hands-on, “get-it-done”, results-driven mentality. -
Strong project management skills. -
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as required. -
Experience with Adobe suite is a plus.
