岗位职责：

• Manage various back-end tools that the team uses to enable data accuracy, completeness, and currency
• Manage various tools that the team uses in an organized fashion, ensuring clear accountability and traceability
• Identify inadequacies in current workflows, and offer improvement opportunities on tools or processes
• Execute projects with defined scope / output, and deliver recommendations / results that align with the team’s business strategy

• A BA/BS degree, with strong academic record
• An analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
• Passion for solving complex business problems
• Strong organization skills and detail orientation
• Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively

• Positive, people-oriented, and enthusiastic outlook
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel preferred
• Experience using SQL or other languages, a plus
