CareerTu is an online school for digital marketing, data analytics and UX/UI. We are looking to hire a sales associate to our growing team in New York City! This individual will join an innovate and driven team that will offer career progression and new and exciting challenges daily.
CareerTu is funded by Y Combinator (YC), a well-known Silicon Valley startup accelerator with an alumni network of 1500+ top tech companies like Airbnb, Dropbox, Reddit, Zenefits etc.
Responsibilities：
Analyze the industry's hottest tech companies and generate useful content for users
Support marketing analytics and reporting across advertising platforms
Evaluate potential new talent and media for advertising opportunities and brand fit
Assist content marketing team with sourcing and creating content for social media
Manage event marketing campaigns and analyze results
Manage partnerships projects, analyze and evaluate results

日常维护和运营社交媒体平台账号
学习职图最新课程产品内容

The Successful Applicant
Comfortable with analyzing data and can draw insights from data
Creative! Leverage the insights to come up with quick ideas to test
Highly organized go-getter with a no task too small mentality
Strong multi-tasker not afraid of ambiguity
Ability to learn and move quickly to match the quick growth of the company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in Chinese required

Responsibilities：
Monitoring students’ academic performance and progress, ensuring class completion of all students. Assisting students and mentors with questions.
Monitoring students’ job search status, making sure students are ready to get hired upon class completion.
Collecting and analyzing key academic metrics: attendance, class review, offer rate, etc. Optimizing and enhancing the quality of academic products.
Operation of academic products: recording classes, editing emails of academic channels, maintaining academic materials, and assisting the marketing team with academic insights.
Product enhancement: researching and developing product enhancements with academic teams, coordinating with mentors on class materials.
职位描述:
1、跟进学员的学习情况,保证学员项目交付,帮助导师和学员解决课程中上遇到的问题;
2、及时跟进学员,关注学员求职动态与进度,以学员拿到offer为目标。提供优质服务,提升学员满意度;
3、收集,分析用户上课数据,包括上课出勤率,课程评分/反馈,offer率等,以结果为导向优化教学质量。
4、实操课程的日常运营:课程录制,编辑课程邮件,教学资料管理/上传等,并为营销组提供素材。
5、教学策划:与教学组策划课程内容与计划,与导师对接课程大纲,调研课程优化方案。
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree or above, proficient in Chinese and English, knowledge of digital marketing, data analytics, product design is preferred.
Experience in education, customer service is preferred.
Quick learner, willing to learn new skills, strong communication skills, team player.
Attention to detail, deliver results, handle pressure well, passion for education, and willing to drive for students’ success.
职位要求:
1、本科以上学历,英语熟练, 有数据分析/数字营销/产品设计知识者优先。
2、有一年以上教育行业学习顾问经验工作经验者优先。
3、学习能力强,并愿意学习新的知识和技能,拥有良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力和解决问题能力。
4、细节控,执行力强,抗压能力强,热爱教育行业,愿意帮助同学解决问题。
