岗位职责：
Drive quantitative analysis projects from start to finish and share results with key stakeholders
Design and evaluate A/B tests, monitor key metrics, and understand root causes of changes in metrics
Design and establish indicator systems for Ads Integrity; measure the performance of team strategies and use visual tools to relay information
Analyze large data sets, uncover actionable insights, and present action plans to key stakeholders
职位要求：
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years work experience doing quantitative analysis
Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL
Experience with a data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
