岗位职责:
Work closely with key partners across Marketing, Technology, Analytics &Data, and Product teams to define business KPIs and establish performance measurement frameworks across product solutions and channels
Leverage data to understand the client conversion and engagement funnel,and drive campaign design to continuously optimize key performance metrics across all digital growth initiatives
Establish deep understanding of customer segments that’s informed by data and used to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time
Support the strategy and creation of dashboards, reports, and other associated data visualization projects
Support hypothesis-driven experiments and analyze results to recommend solutions that optimize our digital growth channels, funnel conversion, and reduce overall acquisition costs
职位要求:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Statistics, Engineering or quantitative field preferred)
1-4 years of experience leveraging data to make product and marketing decisions
Understanding of marketing channels – email, search, display/programmatic,paid social platforms
Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with Excel and SQL; knowledge of programming languages (e.g.R, Python) or data platforms (e.g. Dataiku) a plus
Experience working with optimization and testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target,Optimizely) a plus
Self-starter, strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and project management skills working with a large number of stakeholders across the company
