岗位职责
Extract and analyze LinkedIn data to derive actionable insights
Formulate success metrics, socializing them and creating dashboards/reports to monitor them
Design and analyze experiments to test new product ideas and convert the results into actionable product recommendations
Work closely with product and engineering partners to determine tracking specs necessary to enable analytics of our products and features
Enable others in the organization to utilize your work by developing scalable data solutions
Develop models and data-driven solutions that add material lift to principal performance metrics
职位要求
BS/MS/Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline: statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, computer science, engineering, economics, etc.
2+ years experience in SQL, Pig, R, Python (or any other scripting language), Hadoop ecosystem
1+ year working experience in product analytics or marketing analytics, exposure to A/B testing
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience, ideally at a consumer web or internet based company, working with large amounts of data
Ability to translate business objectives into quantitative questions
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
