岗位职责：
Lead strategic projects to increase adoption of new payment methods and TPV growth
Apply your expertise in virtual cards as well as in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how to grow our different virtual card programs
Partner with Product, Customer Success, Operations and Engineering to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
Partner with your key stakeholders, the Product and Data teams, to manage development of data resources and gather requirements
Organize data sources and ensure data integrity and relevancy
Make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies
职位要求：
Detail oriented - places a high value on accuracy, consistency, and completeness of work
Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (team members, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and bank partners) Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
Experience supporting product, business or operations teams in an analytical capacity
Knowledge in conducting quantitative analysis including SQL or Python, R, C++3-5 years of payments or financial service operations experience preferred
