岗位职责：
Become a subject matter expert on our data sources and their respective data points
Collaborate with senior analysts across the Business Intelligence team on analytical projects
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Help drive report adoption and assist end users with training or troubleshooting
Own our data dictionary to document data sources, fields, metrics, and methodologies
Stay up to date on industry trends and Insider Inc.’s rapidly evolving data infrastructure
职位要求：
Experience delivering reports and data-driven analysis
Knowledge of business intelligence tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Comfortable leveraging data and interacting with colleagues to come up with fact-based ideas
Familiar with audience measurement and subscription business models
Self-starter with a passion for data and analysis
Detail-oriented and able to identify trends and patterns
Flexibility to switch gears from big-picture thinking to detailed execution
