安杰代表挂号网在D轮融资中提供法律服务
挂号网近日宣布完成3.94亿美元D轮融资，由高瓴资本、高盛集团领投，复星、腾讯、国开金融等共同投资，并将挂号网母公司“挂号网有限公司（Guahao.com Limited）”更名为“微医集团有限公司（We Doctor Group Limited）”。挂号网创建于2010年，是一个在线及手机移动医疗服务平台。

AnJie Represented Guahao.com on their Series D Round of Financing
Guahao.com recently announced it had successfully completed the Series D Round of US$ 394 million financing by lead investors Hillhouse Capital Group and Goldman Sachs, co-investors Fosun,Tencent and cdb-Capital. “Guahao.com Limited” has changed to be “We Doctor Group Limited”. Guahao.com was founded in 2010 of service platform for Hospital registration and health on mobile phone or web site.
