北京，2016年1月，安杰律师事务所近日宣布杨洪泉律师作为新合伙人加入安杰北京办公室。杨律师在技术、媒体和电信（TMT）行业有丰富经验，他为客户在并购、PE/VC、争议解决、合规、劳动业务等诸多领域提供法律服务。在加入安杰之前，杨律师已有12年的公司法律顾问及律师事务所工作经验，他曾就职于英国电信、英国金马伦麦坚拿律师事务所以及英国欧华律师事务所。杨律师曾二次成为《国际法律名人录》中国电信和媒体律师的候选人（2014, 2015）。

Beijing, January 2016. AnJie recently announced today the appointment of a new partner, Samuel Yang, who joined AnJie’s Beijing office in December 2015. Samuel has extensive experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors and advises on a wide range of matters such as M&A, PE/VC, dispute resolution, regulatory and employment matters. Before he joined AnJie, Samuel has worked in private practice and in-house roles for more than 12 years. The organizations he worked in include British Telecom, CMS Cameron McKenna and DLA Piper. He was shortlisted in The International Who’s Who of Telecoms and Media Lawyers in China (2014, 2015).
