安杰代表晨兴资本完成美洽的A轮投资
近日，成都美洽网络科技有限公司（以下简称“美洽”）宣布完成了500万美元的A轮融资，本轮融资由晨兴资本领投，Infinity Ventures Partners跟投。
美洽是一家专注于提供移动客服平台的企业，主要面向对客服实时性要求比较高的企业，让企业以类似阿里旺旺的形式开展客服工作。目前，美洽已经拥有了近30,000个企业用户，包括Knewone、拉卡拉、融云、薄荷、环球雅思、环球移民等。

AnJie Law Firm Represented Morningside Venture Capital on the Investment into Meiqia’s Series A Financing
Recently, Chengdu Meiqia Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Meiqia”) announced it had completed $5 million series A round of financing, which was led by Morningside Venture Capital. Infinity Ventures Partners also participated in the investment.
Meiqia focuses on mobile platform of customer service. Based on such mobile platform, enterprises with higher demand on real-time customer service are able to conduct customer service in a similar way to Aliwangwang. At present, Meiqia have had nearly 30,000 business users including Knewone, Lakala (拉卡拉), RongCloud (融云), Boohee (薄荷), Global Education (环球雅思), Globevisa (环球移民) and etc.
The AnJie team for this transaction was led by CaiHang, XiangZhongxia, Wang Haoxiang and XieBingqin at Shanghai office.
