李夏萌律师主要执业领域为跨境兼并与收购、私募股权与风险投资、外商直接投资、公司事务等。他曾经先后在美国众达律师事务所，英国欧华律师事务所和汉坤律师事务所工作逾十年。李夏萌律师拥有美国纽约州执业律师资格和中国法律职业资格，拥有丰富的跨境服务经验。李律师曾参与的项目涉及领域包括汽车制造、互联网、医药及医疗器械、化工、机械制造、电子产品制造、国际体育赛事等。他曾代表多家境外跨国公司以及中国国有企业在境内外投资、并购、合资等重大项目中提供法律服务，并对技术及商业授权许可有着深入研究。
Veteran Attorney Joins AnJie Law Firm's Beijing Office
Veteran attorney Simon Li has recently joined AnJie law firm's Beijing office.
Simon Li’s practice mainly focuses on cross-border M&A, PE&VC, FDI, and general corporate matters. He previously worked at Jones Day, DLA Piper and Han Kun Law Offices for over 10 years prior to joining AnJie Law Firm. Simon holds both the New York bar and the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification, and has broad experience in cross-border M&A transactions. The projects he has worked on span multiple industry sectors, including automotive manufacturing, internet, pharmaceutical and medical devices, chemical, machinery manufacturing, electronic products manufacturing, and international sporting events. He has represented a number of multinational companies and Chinese SOEs on their cross-border investment, M&A, and joint venture matters. In addition, Simon is experienced in, and has conducted in-depth research on technology and commercial licensing.
