近日，上海微知软件科技有限公司（以下简称“微知”）宣布其完成了3000万美元的B轮融资，本轮融资由京东金融领投，由IDG资本、合力投资、涌铧资本及华创资本跟投。
微知通过APP、SaaS及大数据等技术，建立了一站式人力资源服务平台，旨在为用户提供人力资源外包管理方面的服务。

AnJie Advised on Microseer’s Series B Round of Financing
Recently, Shanghai Microseer Software Technology Co.,Ltd (“Microseer”) announced it had completed its Series B round of financing amounting of USD 30m, led by JD Finance and participated by IDG Capital, Empower Investment, Yonghua Capital as well as China Growth Capital.
Microseer has established a one-stop service platform for human resource by using the technologies of APP, SaaS and Big Data, aiming at providing the users with service in relation to the management of human resource service out sourcing.
