AnJie Advised Morningside Venture Capital on Bestsign’s B Round of Financing
Recently, Hangzhou Bestsign Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Bestsign”) announced it had completed its B round of financing amounting of CNY 100 million, which was led by Morningside Venture Capital, and followed by MatrixPartners China, DCM, Shunwei Capital and WPS.
Bestsign is a leading electronic contract signing management platform in China, which provides enterprises and individuals with the services of real name authentication, online execution of contracts and other professional services covering the entire lifecycle of contracts. Bestsign helps its clients to improve the efficiency in transactions, save the cost of transmit and realize the electronic management of contracts.
