近日，北京搜车网科技有限公司（以下简称“大搜车”）宣布其完成了对武汉太和巽捷数字商务有限公司（以下简称“太和巽捷”）的战略投资。
太和巽捷是全国领先的DFM方案设计提供商，主要经营前装车辆定制、车联网技术产品、智能远程控车系统等业务，并已成为多家汽车主机厂选择的一级供应商及PDI战略合作伙伴。

AnJie Advised on Souche’s Strategic Investment in TIHO
Recently, Beijing Souche.com Technology Co., Ltd. (“Souche”) announced it had completed the strategic investment in Wuhan Taihexunjie Digital Business Co., Ltd.("TIHO").
TIHO is a nationwide leading DFM program designer, which engages in the business of vehicle customization, vehicular networking technology and intelligent control system. It has become Tier1 supplier and PDI cooperation partner of various automotive OEMs.
The AnJie team representing Souche in this transaction was led by Cai Hang and assisted by Chen Zhenchuan, Zhang Yin, and Liu Chenchen at Shanghai office.
