美国纳斯达克上市公司哔哩哔哩（Nasdaq: BILI；亦称为“B站”）近日宣布以5.13亿港元战略投资入股香港上市公司欢喜传媒集团有限公司（1003 HK；简称“欢喜传媒”），取得欢喜传媒约10%股权。双方还围绕影视作品新媒体传播权及其他业务合作内容等事项进行了约定。
哔哩哔哩是中国领先的年轻一代在线娱乐平台，该平台涵盖了各种媒体形式，包括视频、直播、移动游戏等。此次战略投资欢喜传媒为哔哩哔哩未来的内容扩容和用户增长打下良好基础。

AnJie Advised Bilibili on its Strategic Investment in Huanxi at HK$513 Million
Bilibili Inc. (NASDAQ: BILI) (“Bilibili”), a Nasdaq-listed company, has recently announced a strategic investment of HK$513 million in Huanxi Media Group Limited (Stock Code: 1003.HK) (“Huanxi Media”), a Hong Kong listed company, in return for approximately 10% equity in the capital of Huanxi Media. The parties also agreed on matters concerning the right of new media communication of films and television works as well as some other aspects on business cooperation.
Bilibili is a leading online entertainment platform for young generations in China covering a wide array of genres and media formats, including videos, live broadcasting and mobile games. The investment in Huanxi Media has laid a solid foundation for Bilibili's future content expansion and user growth.
