Airboat Capital announced today the formal establishment of the UK office, managed by a new partner based in the UK. Currently, Airboat Capital has a presence in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London, with dedicated personnel in Milan and Astana. Airboat Capital aims to facilitate medium to large-scale strategic M&A deals and industrial expansion for Chinese enterprises in the EMEA and APAC markets.
The new partner has previously worked in the M&A team of renowned global investment banks such as Lazard, BNP Paribas, and Standard Chartered, boasting over 15 years of cross-border M&A experience. He has personally participated in or led multiple M&A deals, possessing extensive expertise in cross-border M&A across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, new energy, and mining. Moving forward, Airboat Capital will leverage his deep expertise in M&A, strategy, and debt financing to provide insightful consulting and business support to enterprises, helping them achieve strategic objectives.
