2024年6月5日，俄罗斯国际区域经济合作理事会（B2B-FAIR.ONLINE 开发者）总干事瑞纳特·戈尔达接见了由辽宁省沈阳市政府副市长郑滨女士和沈阳市辽中区委书记丁一楠女士率领的中国辽宁省代表团。
会谈期间，双方详细讨论了俄罗斯商品在中国市场的支付、物流和推广问题。
理事会介绍了在 B2B-FAIR.ONLINE平台上创建的沈阳（中国辽宁省）制造商产品专页。并表示来自俄罗斯的采购商可以全天候在线了解更多产品信息并与供应商一同商定从沈阳在线批发商品。该页面对所有用户开放。商品种类仍在不断补充中。
会议还讨论了俄罗斯企业在沈阳中俄工业园区进行本地化生产的特殊条件。会后，俄罗斯企业代表前往工业园区进行了商务考察，详细了解建立合资企业的方案。
总干事瑞纳特·戈尔达谈到了与俄罗斯各地区的合作机会，并展示了他们在B2B-FAIR.ONLINE上发布的独特产品。并表示俄罗斯商品在中国需求量很大。中国的采购商信任俄罗斯制造商，认为来自俄罗斯的商品既环保又实惠。

On June 5, 2024 ,Rinat Golda, Director General of the International Council for Regional Economic Cooperation (developer of the B2B-FAIR.ONLINE), received a delegation from Liaoning Province of the People's Republic of China headed by Vice Mayor Ms. Zheng Bin and Secretary of the District Committee of the Liaozhong District Committee of the Communist Party of China Ding Yinan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the issues of payment, logistics and promotion of Russian goods in the Chinese market.
Following the meeting:
- The International Council presented a specialized page with products from manufacturers in Shenyang (Liaoning Province, China), created on the B2B-FAIR.ONLINE. Now buyers from Russia will be able to learn more about the products, agree on wholesale deliveries of goods from Shenyang online, the page is available to all users. The range of goods continues to be replenished;
- Discussed special conditions for Russian companies to localize production in the Russian-Chinese industrial zone in Shenyang. Following the meeting, representatives of Russian business went on a business mission to the industrial zone to detail the program for opening a joint venture;
- Golda Rinat spoke about the opportunities for cooperation with the regions of Russia and presented their unique products posted on B2B-FAIR.ONLINE. Russian goods are in high demand in China. Chinese buyers trust Russian manufacturers and believe that goods from the Russian Federation are environmentally friendly and affordable. During the meeting, special attention was paid to agricultural products;
- Considered potential vectors for expanding cooperation and the geography of China-Russia transportation, optimizing storage conditions for goods, and reducing delivery times. Given the significant interest of Chinese companies in developing business with Russia, these issues are a natural improvement in the service for buyers and suppliers of B2B-FAIR.ONLINE.
- Signed a trilateral cooperation agreement between the International Council for Regional Economic Cooperation, the People's Government of Liaozhong District of Shenyang and the Automated Logistics Platform, which provides for long-term cooperation and assistance in the field of trade and economic relations.
