With the aims of actively participating in the construction of "the Belt and the Road", further expanding the international trade markets in ASEAN countries, building international trade platforms for clients in those countries, helping enterprises in Liaoning expand markets in ASEAN countries, promoting the economic trade cooperation between Cambodia and its neighboring countries, promoting major enterprises in Liaoning such as Brilliance Auto, SMTCL, Shenyang Blower Works Group, Anshan Xiliu Market, Nantai Bags & Suitcases Market, Huludao Swimming Suit Base, etc., to develop their markets, and expanding the trading scale between Liaoning and these countries, Liaoning Economic Trade Delegation led by Chen Qiufa, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee paid a visit to Cambodia from April 24th to 26th, 2019, with the following three main achievements:
为积极融入“一带一路”建设，全面开拓东盟国际贸易市场，搭建东南亚国际贸易客户平台，帮助辽宁企业进一步拓展东南亚市场，推进柬埔寨及周边国家经贸合作，推动我省华晨汽车集团、沈阳机床集团、沈阳鼓风机集团、鞍山西柳市场、南台箱包市场、葫芦岛泳装基地等企业，开辟东南亚新客户，扩大我省与东南亚各国贸易规模。以省委书记陈求发为团长的辽宁经贸代表团于4月24日—26日成功访问柬埔寨。出访活动体现了三个特点：
Firstly, meeting many high-level government officials. With a tight schedule, delegation members have met with Men Sam An, the Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, Ek Sam Ol, the President of Cambodia-China Friendship Association, the member of the Standing Committee of Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and the President of Supervision Commission of the CPP, Pan Sorasak, the Minister of Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia, Meas Sophea, the State Secretary of Cambodia, and H.E YUNMIN, the Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, etc. Both parties have conducted negotiation on the further strengthening of economic trade cooperation between Liaoning and Cambodia.
一是会见了一批政府高层。代表团成员日夜兼程，不辞辛苦，访问期间会见了柬埔寨王国副首相梅森安、柬埔寨柬中友好协会主席、人民党常委、人民党监察委员会主席艾森沃、商业大臣潘索萨、柬埔寨国务部长棉素彼、西哈努克省省长润明等，双方对进一步加强辽宁与柬埔寨经贸合作进行了会谈。
Secondly, successfully holding Liaoning-Cambodia Economic Trade Communication & Promotion Conference. To promote all preferential policies of Liaoning and the trade connection and cooperation between enterprises of Liaoning and Cambodia, the delegation successfully held a trade promotion conference in Phnom Penh. During the conference, Ek Sam Ol, the President of Cambodia-China Friendship Association, the Member of the Standing Committee of Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and President of the Committee of Supervisory of the CPP, Chen Qiufa, the Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, SAM Sereirath, the Deputy Minister of Cambodia's Ministry of Commerce, Zuo Wenxing, Charge d'Affaires of Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, Song Yanlin, the Director General of Liaoning Provincial Department of Commerce, Cheav Vichak, the Vice Governor of Cambodia's Preah Sihanouk Province, Fan Zuoji, the Chairman of Liaoning Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, made speeches. Wen Ran, the Secretary of Haicheng Municipal Committee of CPC made an introduction to the situation of international-level trade cooperation of Xiliu Market, Wang Lin, Standing Deputy Director of Government of Shenhe District, Shenyang made an introduction to the situation of international-level trade cooperation of Wu'ai Market, Zhang Dan, Vice President and Chief Supervisor of International Business of Neusoft Medical Co., Ltd. made a speech, Li Haifeng, President of Liaoning Tiancheng Swimming Suit Group, made an introduction to the situation of international-level trade cooperation of his enterprise. Then both parties conducted an in-depth communication to deepen the economic trade relations and commercial cooperation. All 56 foreign trade enterprises from Liaoning Province have made product demonstration by means of enterprise introduction boards and displaying their products.
二是成功举办辽宁-柬埔寨经贸交流推介会。为宣传辽宁，推动辽宁企业与柬埔寨企业贸易对接与合作，省经贸代表团在金边成功举办推介会。会上，柬埔寨柬中友好协会主席、人民党常委、人民党监察委员会主席艾森沃致辞、省委书记陈求发致辞、柬埔寨商务部部长代表、副部长宋熙磊华发言、中国驻柬埔寨使馆临时代办左文星致辞、省商务厅厅长宋彦麟推介发言、柬埔寨西哈努克省副省长鸠维扎发言、柬埔寨辽宁总商会会长范作极发言、海城市市委书记闻然推介西柳市场国际贸易合作情况、沈阳市沈河区常务副区长王林推介五爱市场国际贸易合作情况、东软集团医疗股份有限公司副总裁兼国际业务总监张丹发言、辽宁天诚泳业集团董事长李海峰推介开展国际贸易情况。代表发言结束后，双方企业现场进行深入对接交流，深化了双方经贸关系，密切了双方商务合作。我省参会的56家外贸企业都准备了实物产品和企业介绍展板在推介会现场进行了商品展览展示。
Thirdly, helping enterprises in Liaoning promote a series of trade cooperation projects. The delegation has promoted a series of key cooperation projects, such as Brilliance Auto Group’s selling V7 cars in Cambodia, Dalian Bingshan Group’s selling compressors in Cambodia, the Cambodia's China Merchandise City between Shenyang Wu'ai Group and Liaoning Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, the building curtain wall projects between Shenyang Yuanda Aluminum Engineering Co., Ltd. and Cambodia's Anda Real Estate Group, the overseas warehouse project in Cambodia's Phnom Penh between foreign enterprises of Shenyang and Cambodia's Fenglonghua Import & Export Transportation Co., the construction of port logistics industrial park between Liaoning Dongbao Group and the government of Cambodia's Kampot Province, and the construction of comprehensive processing base between Xingcheng Qianhe Red Sandalwood Group and Cambodia's United International Trade Development Co. Ltd., etc.
三是帮助我省企业务实推进一批贸易合作项目。省经贸代表团重点推进了一批合作项目，华晨汽车集团在柬埔寨销售V7汽车、大连冰山集团在柬埔寨销售压缩机、沈阳五爱集团与柬埔寨辽宁总商会合作的柬埔寨中国商品城项目、沈阳远大铝业工程有限公司与柬埔寨安达地产集团有限公司合作的建筑幕墙项目、沈阳市外贸企业与柬埔寨丰龙华进出口运输公司合作的柬埔寨金边海外仓合作项目、辽宁东宝集团与柬埔寨贡布省洽谈建设临港物流产业园项目、兴城乾和红木与柬埔寨联合国际贸易发展有限公司合作的建设综合加工基地项目等。
This commercial activity has highlighted the features of well-prepared enterprises, the organic combination of product exhibition and board demonstration, high-level degree of participation, rich amount of exhibits, in-depth negotiation, on-the-spot investigation and communication, etc., building a trade cooperation platform for enterprises in Liaoning to further expand their markets in Southeast Asian countries.
本次经贸活动突出了企业准备充分、实物展览与展板展示相结合、参与积极性高、展品丰富多样、洽谈深入细致及项目实地考察与现场洽谈交流相结合的特点，为我省企业深入拓展东南亚国际市场搭建了贸易合作平台。
